There was white space for an aesthetic services brand to embrace today’s multi-dimensional beauty perspective, presenting aesthetic services as a part of holistic approach to looking and feeling your “best self.” 

Situation

With more women considering a non-surgical medical aesthetic treatment, the industry was poised for significant growth. However, the categories’ reinforcement of negative stereotypes and misconceptions was limiting adoption. Most service providers were presenting the category as highly clinical, showcasing extreme results and one-size-fits-all treatments.
